RISK ASSESSMENT

We looked at how certain facors may affect the production of our film. I have looked at the hazards, describing the risks and explaning how we can overcome this hazard. This will make my actors more motivated to work and we will get better acting from them as they know we have taken there safety and other risks into consideration.

RISK ASSESSMENT
Hazard
Risk
Action
Actors not being available to record.
This can put our production back and delay recording which means we may not finish in time.
In order to prevent this we must schedule the next possible time to record or try and compromise with them.
Weather
If the weather is nice on the day we can record but if it is raining on another it may cause the film to look unprofessional.
Try and get all the outside scenes done on the same day in order to prevent this situation.
Filming Equipment
Breaking the equipment or losing any parts.
Make sure we are careful when using the equipment.
Time of day
As the day goes on we will lose light which may affect our scenes within our film.
Stop filming when the lighting changes and film another day at the same time to get the same lighting.
